Is there a cost for the initial 

consultation?

Not at all. The initial consultation is completely complimentary. It's our way of ensuring we're the right fit for your functional training journey before any commitment is made.

Where is the studio located?

In a private, in-home studio in Southeast Aurora. For client privacy, the exact address is provided at the time of scheduling. It's an appointment-only training space built for focused personalized coaching.

Do I need any prior fitness experience?

Absolutely not. The consultation is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're completely new to training or returning after years away, Mona will build a plan that respects your staring point.

What if coming to the studio isn't easy for me?

Mona can come to you. We offer virtual and mobile options if you’re not able to drive to the studio.

How long does the session typically last?

The consultation usually takes between 30 to 45 minutes. Enough time to discuss your fitness history, assess your movement, and map out your path without feeling rushed.

Who is this consultation best suited for?

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring any relevant medical history or notes about past injuries. No equipment needed, everything is provided in the studio for your assessment.
